A strong beginning: your Path to power is my lifelong approach to achieving a big, strong, and powerful physique.
I refined this program over 10 years of coaching, and consulting more than 500 men. It combines big compound movements with some isolation accessories.
The program is divided into a full-body workout split, performed 3 times per week for over 3 months.
Designed for contact sports that require explosiveness, size, and strength, it has been used by rugby players, Judo and Jiu-Jitsu competitors, and business professionals who want to change their lives and face physical and mental challenges.
